Local economy : Spa treatment and tourism   The tourist industry is really strong in our region. In 2001, the Health Tourism brought near 26,600 people for a spa in the Lorraine Region.  This is placing the Lorraine Region at the 8th national rank. This activity really impacts our local economy. Regarding employment , some local and seasonal labour force is generated from the closeness of the CCB to the thermal cities of Vittel and Contrexéville and the 2 existing casinos and Club Med in Vittel. We wish to initiate and implement a real tourism program in our area for the coming years. We have spread over the CCB, 7 "gîtes", about fifteen Bed-and-Breakfast, 4 hotels, 9 restaurants, 1 campground and a rich and varied local heritage.
